By installing or using the tendX Chrome Extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the Extension.

Description of Service

tendX is a browser extension that helps users track and organize their interactions with other users on X (formerly Twitter). The Extension provides features including:

• Tracking profiles you interact with
• Logging your engagement activities (likes, replies, DMs)
• Viewing interaction history with tracked profiles
• Exporting data to Google Sheets
• Adding notes to tracked profiles

Free Service

The Extension is provided free of charge. There are no premium tiers, subscriptions, or hidden fees. We reserve the right to modify this in the future, but any existing features will remain free for users who installed the Extension before any such change.

User Responsibilities

By using the Extension, you agree to:

• Use the Extension in compliance with X/Twitter's Terms of Service
• Use the Extension only for lawful purposes
• Not use the Extension to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Extension
• Not use the Extension for any automated or bulk actions on X/Twitter
• Be responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and data

Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes.

"X" and "Twitter" are trademarks of X Corp. tendX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data you create using the Extension is stored locally on your device and is your responsibility to manage and back up.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties that the Extension will be compatible with future versions of Chrome or X/Twitter
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Extension

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or profits
• Business interruption
• Damage to your device or other software
• Any actions taken by X/Twitter against your account
• Any other damages arising from your use of the Extension

Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts with X/Twitter and optionally with Google Sheets. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.

Modifications to the Extension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Extension for any user who violates these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
