### Is it really free?
Yes. No premium tier. No free trial. No credit card required. It's completely free to use.

### Do you have access to my X account?
No. We never ask for your login, never request API access, never authenticate with X. The extension only reads publicly visible information on pages you visit.

### Where is my data stored?
All your data lives in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). It never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it to Google Sheets. We have no servers and cannot see what you track.

### What happens if I uninstall?
Your data is deleted when you uninstall. Export to Google Sheets first if you want to keep it. We don't keep any backups since we have no servers.

### Does this work with X/Twitter?
Yes! tendX works with both X.com and Twitter.com. The extension automatically detects when you're browsing either domain.

### Can I use this for my team?
Currently it's designed for individual use. Since all data lives in your browser, there's no built-in way to share between team members. You can export to Google Sheets and share that.
